A women’s flyweight division attraction has been added to the April 27 UFC Fight Night card according to Marcel Dorff as Marnic Mann faces Ketlen Souza.
Mann (6-2-0) is winless thus far under the UFC banner, having dropped a bout to Josefine Knutsson at UFC Fight Night 227. Mann also competed on Dana White’s Contender Series, suffering a second round knockout loss to Bruna Brasil during the 2022 season. Mann has earned six wins as a professional MMA fighter and three of them came by way of KO/TKO.
Souza (13-4-0) is also winless thus far in UFC competition, dropping a bout to Karine Silva at UFC On ESPN 46. Souza is a former Invicta FC Flyweight Champion, defeating Kristina Williams to win the gold at Invicta FC 51. Souza has earned 13 wins as a professional MMA fighter and eight of them have come by way of KO/TKO.
UFC Fight Night takes place on Saturday, April 27 from the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada with Manel Kape and Matheus Nicolau headlining. PWInsiderXtra is providing live coverage of the event, while broadcast plans have yet to be revealed.
