I have a question about possible future
inductees into the WWE hall of fame. What are the chances of the following being
inducted sometime down the road? The Road Warriors. Ray "Big Bossman"
Traylor. John "Earthquake"Tenta, Jake "The Snake"Roberts,
and Miss Elizabeth. Thanks.
Road Warriors, yes absolutely. Big Bossman,
yes absolutely. Earthquake, I would say yes at some point. Jake
Roberts, right now yes, but it will depend on his relationship with the company
at the time. Miss Elizabeth? She certainly belongs in, but I can't
see WWE inducting her and not having Randy Savage inducted. Also, there is
the question of who would accept the induction (I assume her brother would), as
there is in the Tenta case as well.
How come Hulk Hogan's appearance changed so
drastically in 1991 to 1992. He went from looking like classic Hulk to a old
washed up Hulk in a matter of months? What's the deal? He seemed to off aged 10
years!
Hogan dropped a ton of weight once he stopped
working for the WWF and by the time he debuted for WCW, I'd say he had dropped
in the neighborhood of 30-40 pounds. As a result, it made Hogan look a lot
smaller and older.
I just read through the wikipedia article
about the Undertaker and wondered when did the WWE/F actually planed the streak
at Wrestlemania for him? Was it totally random that he won the first, let's say
5 or 6 fights and then they started to think to make it a big deal or did they
planed it from the very first Wrestlemania match?
It certainly was not planned from the start.
No one could have known how successful the Undertaker gimmick was going to be at
the start. I seem to recall it first being mentioned a lot at Wrestlemania
13, when he won the World Title. It seems to have picked up speed since
then, to the point it is now a major part of Undertaker's legacy.
How much different do you think things would
be if Eddie Guerrero was still around?
Not to understate it, but a lot. If
Guerrero hadn't passed away, WWE may not have implemented their current wellness
policy, one that, in all honesty, may have saved MVP's life due to the cardiac
testing wrestlers now go through. If Guerrero hadn't passed away, he
certainly would have continued to be a major star for the company, and probably
would have been World Champion again (although he didn't want the belt back,
Batista was lobbying for Guerrero to get another title run just before his
passing). And to acknowledge the giant pink elephant in the room, yes,
many believe that if Eddie Guerrero was still around, things might have been
very different when it came to Chris Benoit.
