NOTES: Ric Manning, a 33-year veteran referee, officiated all six matches ... This was announced as Borne's last match as Doink; he raffled off his trademark green wig to a lucky fan ... Bryant & Daniels were managed by Baboose the Witch Doctor, a veteran of the Dallas Sportatorium; after the match, Baboose got into Manning's face, and Manning shoved the manager down to the cheers of the crowd ... In the junior heavyweight match, elimination was by being thrown to the floor or unable to answer the 10-count. Gabe and Dromeda hit the floor at the same time, so both were eliminated as they fought to the back; minutes later, Dalton could not get up by the 10-count, giving the match and the title to Douglas ... Haas was accompanied by wife Jackie Gayda, who got in a hard slap on Pearce. After the double-countout, Haas wanted five more minutes, but Pearce refused to give it to him ... Prior to the first match, wrestlers surrounded the ring for a 10-bell salute to the late Lance Cade, as well as Oklahoma legend Jack Brisco, Cooke County native Grizzly Smith and longtime fan Matt Vittitow ...
