KEVIN STEEN, DAIVARI AND MORE SET FOR C*4 WRESTLING IN ONTARIO

Reigniting the fire…On November 10, 2007, Ottawa wrestling fans experienced the very first C*4 event. Heading into the show, many of the soon-to-be loyal fans really had no idea what to expect.
Would this show be a fly-by night single show event?
Would this show be more of the same available in the region?
Would C*4 be something different?
…Something new?
…Something fresh in the Ottawa wrestling scene?
By the time the show was over, people let their feelings known.
…Excitement…
…Action…
…Fresh…
…Different…
…Competition…
…New…
All of these things and more reflected their emotions.
On June 18th, 2010, C*4 concluded its third season finale. A new champion was crowned. Fans continued in to support C*4 with support unlike any fans in Ontario.
On Saturday September 25th, 2010 – we here at C*4 wish to renew our commitment to out fans by once again shaking things up…
When we start our fourth season, the future will truly be unwritten. To further explain, all matches on Sept. 25th will be first time ever encounters. All matches will be decided on September 25th by a random draw the night of the event. With a few exceptions, no matches will be announced prior to show time. Over the next few weeks leading up to the event, we will be announcing the roster of talent that will compete at our next event.
What we can tell you now is that new C*4 Champion, “Player Dos” Stupefied will make his first defence in Ottawa since winning the championship in June.
Stupefied’s opponent will be an opponent selected from the entire roster – and will be revealed to our VIP audience prior to the main show on Sept. 25th.
Also set to appear, and certainly hoping to have his name selected to face Stupefied on Sept. 25th – the man who was defeated on June 18th, the former C*4 champion, “Mr. Wrestling” Kevin Steen.
Steen, who has contacted C*4 management a number of times during the summer, is fuelled by anger over how he feels being cheated out of his championship. “Mr. Wrestling” has made it clear - he will make his intentions clear to all of our fans on Sept. 25th.
Another name we are excited to announce is an international talent, who has wrestled around the world over the last ten years. A former WWE superstar for several years, a former TNA talent, and a current Ring of Honor roster member – making his C*4 debut – Shawn Daivari will be debuting on Sept. 25th, 2010.
Daivari, as noted, has wrestled world-wide over the last decade. Having competed since in his mid-teens at honing his ring skills, Daivari is a talent who’s only now showing the world his true talents. C*4 is pleased to welcome this world-class tournament.
Finally, we would like to announce the final talent for today’s announcement. On June 18th, he announced to his fans that he was walking away from Professional Wrestling – only to turn around and spit in the faces of the talents and fans that supported him in his announcement. On Sept. 25th, 2010, “MVP” Michael Von Payton steps back into the ring.
Von Payton has clearly aligned himself with “The Prince of Persia” Rahim Ali, and “Ronin” Josh Alexander. What will this relationship bring to C*4? What will happen between these unholy three? Without a doubt, the first steps in their plans will be made known on Sept. 25th.
