The following are the quick match results from the first night of IWA-PR "Golpe de Estado" shows this weekend. Their first show was Friday night 9/10, taking place at the "Pedro Albizu Campos Colisseum" in Yabucoa, PR.
The show started off with Joe Bravo doing a promo complaining about how he has been treated as of late by the Commission and by the IWA officials.
1. Lash defeated Havoc via pinfall.
2. Xix Xavant and Diabolico went on to a double DQ.
3. IWA World Tag Team Title Match
The Kongs defeated "Faces of Fear" (Spectro & Rainstein)
4. Savio Vega defeated Bryan Danielson. Bronco interfered throughout the match.
Slash Venom came out and challenged "Dangerous" Rick Stanley to a Hardcore Match for the IWA Title.
5. "Dangerous" Rick Stanley defeated Slash Venom via pinfall, after interference from Joe Bravo.
6. Dennis Rivera defeated Bronco via DQ.
After the match was over, Dennis took the mic and challenged Bryan Danielson to put up the IWA Puertorican Title in a match against him. Danielson accepted and the match started immediately.
7. Dennis Rivera defeated Bryan Danielson via pinfall, becoming the new IWA PR champion.
