SHIMMER - WOMEN ATHLETES returns to the Berwyn Eagles Club (6309 26th Street) in Berwyn, IL, just outside Chicago, on Saturday & Sunday, March 26th & 27th, 2011. Bell time on Saturday, March 26th will be 2pm. Bell time on Sunday, March 27th will be 1pm. Volumes 37-40 of the SHIMMER DVD series will be filmed over the course of the weekend.

Front row tickets will be $70 for each full day of taping (two DVDs worth of live matches, essentially $35 per DVD). General admission tickets will be $30 for each full day of taping (essentially $15 per DVD). Tickets will go on sale via PayPal at The SHIMMER Forum the night before Thanksgiving, TOMORROW, Wednesday, November 24th, beginning at 7:00pm Central time. All of the details to place your order for tickets will be posted then.

Please note that the City of Berwyn has now restricted the Eagles Club to only accommodate 175 patrons, so a smaller number of tickets will thus be available to fans than have been in the past. If you'd like to attend, make sure you get your tickets in advance.

We will also have SHIMMER tickets available during intermission of the AAW event this weekend at the Eagles Club.

The SHIMMER tapings will take place one week prior to the very busy WrestleMania weekend in Atlanta, GA, which will see Ring of Honor run live events at Center Stage Theater. We will be working closely with ROH in the coming months to arrange for some SHIMMER action to be featured on the ROH events in Atlanta that weekend. For those making the trip from outside the United States for either SHIMMER or WrestleMania, this is the perfect opportunity to stay for a full week to catch SHIMMER, ROH, and WrestleMania all in the same trip!

DETAILS OF MADISON EAGLES' JAPAN TOUR!

SHIMMER Champion Madison Eagles will be headed to Japan late this week to make appearances on two joshi events.

NEO announced this morning the specifics of Madison's involvement in their event on November 28th at the Tokyo Cinema Club. The six woman tag team bout will feature Madison, representing Australia, teaming with Canada's Cherry Bomb and Mexico's Sexy Star, to battle the USA's Hailey Hatred, as well as Yoshiko Tamura and Makoto from Japan.

S-Ovation and RingStars will be promoting an event titled "Joshi 4 Hope" on November 30th at Shin-Kiba 1st Ring in Tokyo, featuring SHIMMER talent Ayumi Kurihara, Misaki Ohata, Hiroyo Matsumoto, and Tomoka Nakagawa, as well as Madison. As a special attraction bout, the "Joshi 4 Hope" event will feature a match between the SHIMMER Champion, Madison, and the NEO Champion, Yoshiko Tamura! None of the titles will be at stake in this unique bout between titleholders of two of the top women's companies from different parts of the globe.

We'd like to wish Madison the best of luck as she ventures to Japan, representing not only Australia, but the American wrestling scene as well, as SHIMMER Champion!
