Pro Wrestling Personalities Visit Hospital for the Holidays
(Tampa, FL)...On December 8, 2010, Former WWE Superstar Vito LoGrasso will be teaming up with EA Sports MMA Video Game Announcer and Pro Sports Announcer Shannon Rose at University Community Hospital (UCH) to bring gifts, smiles, and laughter to all the patients who need a little Christmas cheer during the Holidays.
"I can't imagine being hospitalized during the holidays," LoGrasso says, "But I know having somebody there will make the process a whole lot easier."
Diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos-Syndrome (EDS) at a very young age, and being a frequent inpatient himself growing up, Shannon Rose remembers how hard it was to maintain a smile when you're bed ridden.
"I've been poked and prodded with needles all my life, but that's not the most distinct memory I have about being in a hospital," Rose tells us, "It was the people who came in from time to time to show their love and support."
Located at 3100 East Fletcher Avenue in Tampa, FL, LoGrasso and Rose will be visiting both children and adults of all ailments to be doing just that; showing their irrefutable support.
