12/4 APW RESULTS FROM HAYWARD, CA

By Joseph Duncan on 12/11/2010 8:33 AM

APW ended the year with what the APW fans and wrestlers are calling the "Show Of The Year" for 2010. Kristmas Kaos from top to bottom had good to great matches. The matches were filmed for television broadcast on The Bay Area's KFTY-TV 50, Digital 199, as well as Central California's KAZV-TV 14, Comcast 26. Here are the results of the great matches and the controversy of Kristmas Kaos.

Before the first match, ringside interviewer Jason Anderson wanted to show a video to The Garage crowd of what happened to Jeckles The Jester earlier in the day. The video showed the All Pro Wrestling production team setting up a shoot when APW Boot Camp student Mikey Jay came in screaming for their help. The camera kept rolling and they found Jeckles laid out on the concrete floor. In the nature of good taste, Jason Anderson had the camera pull away from Jeckles. As Anderson was documenting what happened, Jeckles suddenly vanished! One minute he was there and the next he was gone. After the video aired on the Tron, Jason Anderson asked Jeckles's tag team partners for Kristmas Kaos, Mr. Wrestling #4 and Vennis DeMarco, to come out and address the situation.

Mr. Wrestling #4 and Vennis DeMarco stated that they believe that Corvus and his new gang of freaks was up to this. DeMarco told the All Pro Wrestling fans, and more importantly to Corvus, that it doesn't matter if they are down a man, they would still wrestle Corvus, BLACKWELL and OMEGA in a three-on-two Handicap Match, and that he along with #4 would kick their butts.

Opening Tag-Team Match
The Suburban Commandos
T-Rent & D-Unit
-vs.-
America's Most Hated
Sheik Khan Abadi & Alexis Darevko

The Commandos looked prime and ready for their Best Of 5 Series with the The Reno SCUM, set to take place in 2011. It was a wild and crazy tag-team match with Sheik Khan Abadi showing off his great display of high flying offense. Sheik's partner, Alexis Darevko was upset with Sheik losing again in their second tag-team match in All Pro Wrestling. After the match, Alexis didn't accept Sheik's apology, and attacked him. "The Russian Wolf" beat down the Sheik with his chain and dragged him around and finally driving his head into the ring post. If Sheik is healthy by January 8th, look for him to get a measure of revenge on "The Russian Wolf" Alexis Darevko.
Match Time: 11:32

Winners by Pinfall:
The Suburban Commandos

Singles Match
"Wrestling Personified"
Rik Luxury

w/ Markus Mac
-vs.-
"The Internet Sensation"
Brandon P .Net

Before the match, Luxury was upset over the fact that at the last Gym Wars event, his victory over World Wide Internet Champion Matt Carlos did not stand, the match was continued and the result did not turn out in his favor. He claimed that All Pro Wrestling was one of again protecting their APW Boot Camp graduates. Furthermore, Luxury was upset that Dave Dutra was getting the title shot tonight and not him. Luxury and Markus Mac had something that was going to shock the world: Luxury declared himself the REAL World Wide Internet Champion and pulled out form Markus's briefcase a championship belt, calling it the World Wide Internet title. Luxury said he would be putting up the championship against his opponent Brandon P .Net.
This was a good match, with Brandon nearly scoring the biggest win of his career. However, Luxury proved he had too much experience and skill for the up-and-coming youngster and Luxury came out victorious.
Match Time: 9:42

Winner by Pinfall:
Rik Luxury

Singles Match

"Big Country"
Jody Kristofferson

-vs.-
"The British Messiah"
Timothy Thatcher

Thatcher's run at the APW Universal Heavyweight Champion was derailed when Kristofferson scored what many feel was a upset. It was a very intense and physical battle that saw Thatcher and Kristofferson both pull out all the stops. After Kristofferson rolled up Thatcher for the pin, a shocked and upset Thatcher attacked Jody, locking him in his "Thatcher-Stretch". Thatcher would not release the hold until the referee and All Pro Wrestling security pulled him off. Kristofferson suffered serious damage to his shoulder and had it in sling after the show, but "Big Country" is vowing revenge on "The British Messiah" at the next APW Gym Wars TV Taping on January 8th, 2011.
Match Time: 12:53

Winner by Pinfall:
Jody Kristofferson

Handicap 3-on-2
Tag-Team Match

Vennis DeMarco
&
Mr. Wrestling #4
-vs.-
BLACKWELL
w/ Matthew Theall
&
OMEGA
&
2010 APW Young Lions Cup Winner
"The Fallen Star"
Corvus

w/ Darkness

Blackwell took out DeMarco with a deadly driver and had him out. This left Mr. Wrestling #4 in a one-on-three situation. As #4 was being triple teamed, Jeckles The Jester appeared and looked like he was going to save the day. This was not the case, as he instead he grabbed Mr. Wrestling #4 and gave him a Joke-Slam setting him up to be pinned by Corvus.
Blackwell's manager, Matthew Theall, was excited to have Jeckles in the fold. However, he soon found out that he was not welcome and was laid out by Jeckles, Corvus, Omega and his client Blackwell. Theall was carried out of the ring on a stretcher as Jeckles sat in a chair with Corvus by his side while Blackwell, Omega and Darkness bowed. Trouble is headed for All Pro Wrestling now that "The Carnival Of Shadows" is complete.
Match Time: 12:39

Winners by Pinfall:
BLACKWELL
OMEGA
Corvus

APW World Wide Internet Championship
"Double D"
Dave Dutra

-vs.-
APW World Wide Internet Champion
"Out of Control"
Matt Carlos

One of the best matches of the year in All Pro Wrestling. Dutra was going for his "Double Or Nothing" finishing move, but Carlos looked like he was about to reverse it, but it ended up with both men's shoulders on the mat. Referee Toby Reynolds could do nothing, but count both men's shoulders down and declare this match a draw. All Pro Wrestling's fans gave this match a standing ovation, and quick acting APW Commissioner John LaRocca signed a rematch between Carlos and Dutra for the World Wide Internet Championship on January 8th, 2011.
Match Time: 19:55

Result of the match due to a Double-Pin:
A Draw

Main Event
APW Universal Heavyweight Championship

Dylan Drake
-vs.-
APW Universal Heavyweight Champion
"The Boss"
Derek Sanders

Before the match started, Referee Toby Reynolds checked Will Rood and found a chain on him and barred him from ringside which upset "The Boss". Sanders once again chewed out Rood for another failure. It was a close match with "The Boss" nearly scoring the victory with his feet on the ropes. In the end, there was nothing "The Boss" could do as Drake locked in his signature hold, forcing Sanders verbally submit with his "Bay To Breaker" Sharpshooter. Ladies and Gentlemen, we have a new Champion! Drake once again returns to the top of All Pro Wrestling!
