National Wrestling Superstars Makes Its Debut in South Amboy, NJ This Friday, March 25th
with Shelton Benjamin, Julio Dinero, Title Matches and More!
Big-time pro wrestling comes to South Amboy, NJ this coming Friday night March 25th at 7:45pm at the South Amboy, NJ Middle & High School Gym (200 Governor Harold G. Hoffman Plaza, just off Bordentown Avenue & Broadway, minutes from Routes 9 and 35), as tri-state area promotion National Wrestling Superstars, who makes frequent appearances throughout Middlesex County, hosts an all-star benefit event.
And this benefit show will be headlined by a pair of TV wrestling legends. First off, the arrogant former ECW & TNA star Julio Dinero will be making a rare central Jersey appearance, accompanied by Miss Michelle, his lovely and devious manager. And making his first-ever appearance for NWS is a former WWE Intercontinental, Tag-Team, and United States Champion, "The Gold Standard" himself, the great Shelton Benjamin will step between the ropes and compete for NWS. If you ever watched Shelton on TV (or even if you haven't), you need to come see this man perform.
And speaking of champions, the champions of NWS will put their titles on the line in South Amboy. NWS Tag-Team Champions The Jersey Shore Jocks (Mike Dennis & Chris D'Andrea) will defend their titles against the duo who nearly dethroned them in Keyport last month, "Corrupted" Corey Havoc & "The Love Machine" Nicky Oceans. NWS Heavyweight Champion Steve "Rampage" Rogers will defend his title in a rematch against the former champion he defeated for the belt, Ray Ray Marz. And, just announced, NWS Cruiserweight Champion Spyral will defend the belt against not just one challenger, but two, both former champions themselves, Jumping Joey Janela, and "Mr. Entertainment" J.D. Smoothie.
Other regional and local pro mat stars appearing include The World Famous TV Wrestling Clown, Canada's J.T. Highlander, Chris Banks, plus special guest managers from South Amboy High School.
Tickets are only $20 for ringside seats and $18 for bleachers, and are available by calling the NWS box office at (732) 888-1704. All major charge cards are accepted, and group rates are available for groups of ten or more. Remaining seats, if any, will go on sale at the door one hour before bell time.
