The Heartland Wrestling Association proudly presents the first annual Heartland Cup, a two night professional wrestling extravaganza coming to the Clermont County Fairgrounds (100 Locust St Owensville, OH) on Friday Night April 22 and Saturday Night April 23.
The Heartland Cup is a sixteen man single elimination tournament pitting eight of the HWA's best against eight of the best in independent wrestling including such luminaries as Necro Butcher, Jimmy Jacobs, "The New Horror" Sami Callihan, Zack Sabre Jr,Tim Donst and former WWE Superstar, Paul Burchill.
Among those representing the Heartland Wrestling Association will be current HWA Heavyweight Champion BJ Whitmer, The Irish Airborne (Dave & Jake Crist), Gerome Phillips and Jesse Emerson.
Opening round action of The Heartland Cup culminating with a battle between BJ Whitmer and Jimmy Jacobs will take place on Friday Night April 22. Bell time for Friday Night is 7:30 PM.
The Heartland Cup tournament will conclude on Saturday Night April 23 with the winners from Friday Night's show advancing. Bell time for Saturday Night is 7:00 PM.
Heartland Cup Tickets are $12 for each night or fans can purchase a two night pass for only $20. Tickets will be available at the door each night or can be purchased in advance on the official web site of the Heartland Wrestling Association, HWAOnline.com or at The Crazy Bean Cafe (700 Ohio Pike Cincinnati, OH 45245).
