Jay Repsel Presents DREAMWAVE Wrestling: “Retaliation” May 7th, 2011
LASALLE – With five consecutive SOLD OUT shows, DREAMWAVE Wrestling returns to LaSalle, IL at the Knights of Columbus with “Retaliation” on Saturday night May 7th! Wrestling’s present and future will be on display as well as wrestling legend “The Total Package” Lex Luger!
“This has been an amazing run,” said DREAMWAVE owner Jay Repsel. “Anniversary II was our biggest show ever in every way and will be a tough act to follow, but every time expectations rise, our locker room raises their game to a new level. The boys are competitors and have great drive. That motivation to go out and continually raise the bar for the fans has been the real force behind our success.”
The main event of the card is a tag team match between DREAMWAVE’s World and Alternative Champions, Acid and “Mr. 450” Hammett vs. former champions “Violent Intensity” Austin Roberts and Mason Beck.
The card also features a tag team title defense as Zero Gravity battles No Laughing Matter, match #1 in a best of five series between Marshe Rockett and “Next” Nick Brubaker and the DREAMWAVE debuts of Shane Hollister and former Ring Of Honor star Silas Young. If that weren’t enough, former WWE/WCW superstar “Total Package” Lex Luger will be on hand as well. Luger is a two-time WCW World Champion and a five-time WCW/NWA United States champ. He also won the 1994 WWF Royal Rumble and headlined Wrestlemania X in a WWF World Championship match. “Lex doesn’t make many appearances, so we are thrilled to have him join the long line of wrestling stars and legends who have visited us and I am sure he will make an impact with the fans,” Repsel said.
