All Pro Wrestling presented yet another exciting television taping for APW Gym Wars, live from The Garage in Hayward, California. The night would feature matches which are being considered for Match of the Year honors, an exciting contest for the World Wide Internet Championship, and an epic Eight-Man Elimination Tag-Team match which would continue the ongoing saga between All Pro Wrestling and The Carnival of Shadows!
The night opened up with a surprise as former APW Tag Team Champion and 2011 WWE TOUGH ENOUGH contestant AJ Kirsch made his return to All Pro Wrestling. The former member of E.G.O said WWE Tough Enough lit a fire under his butt to return to Professional Wrestling, and that fire has brought him back to The Garage and All Pro Wrestling. Kirsch announced his return to action inside squared circle next month!
As Kirsch was saying his good byes to the fans, "The Boss" Derek Sanders and his new friend "Double D" Dave Dutra came out. Kirsch engaged in a stare down with Sanders and Dutra before leaving the ringside area. Jason Anderson then jumped in for an interview with Dutra and "The Boss", asking Dutra why he had turned his back on the All Pro Wrestling fans and joined in an alliance with Sanders. Dutra said he had felt as if his friends had turned their backs on him after losing the World Wide Internet Championship in August of 2010. None of his friends had given him any words of encouragement after that loss, but one man had, and that was Derek Sanders. Dutra then said he had seen how Will Rood had ruined his opportunity to learn from one of All Pro Wrestling's greats in Derek Sanders, and that unlike Rood, he plans on using the wisdom of "The Boss" to bring him back to a championship.
Opening Match

w/ roadie "Big" Steve Anthony
Billy Blade recruited Kristofferson to join his stable, The Rock Of Love. However, in doing so he actually insulted Jody's father, the legendary Kris Kristofferson. Kristofferson told him to take his offer and shove it, which is when Blade attacked. Blade was seemingly close to defeating Kristofferson, but "Big Country" connected with the Spear for the pin.

Tag-Team Match
The Team of

Dave Dutra
-vs.-
The Team of
Daniel Torch
&
Shane "Wild" West
On paper, it seemed like Sanders and Dutra would roll over the youngsters, but Daniel Torch and Shane West came to make a name for themselves. Torch and West used their speed and agility to throw off their opponents. Sanders and Dutra eventually started to gain control of the match, but then Torch and West looked to pull off the upset of the year. This came to an end however when Torch was caught with a Spike Piledriver. This match may not have ended up being the upset of the year, but it definitely was a candidate for Match of the Year.

Winners by Pinfall:
Dave Dutra
&
Derek Sanders
After the match:
John LaRocca, a member of All Pro Wrestling Management, confronted Dave Dutra just before he and "The Boss" left the ringside area. It was not known what LaRocca said to Dutra and neither party has commented on it as of yet.
Perry Von Vicious and Matthew Theall paid for time to share with the Gym Wars audience a slideshow, featuring pictures from their Young Lions Cup Celebration tour. PVV and Theall put the All Pro Wrestling fans through hell with their slides, until luckily, Mr. Wrestling #4 appeared and put an end to it.
Mr. Wrestling #4 told he talked with the Commissioner of All Pro Wrestling, JJ Perez, and the commissioner had BANNED MATHEW THEALL from the ringside area during their match later in the night!
