Round One
The round begins with Goldthwaite quickly charging at Jouban with strikes, Jouban scores a takedown on Goldthwaite and he gets side control. Goldthwaite attempts to stand up and Jouban puts him back on the ground, Jouban then starts nailing Goldthwaite with elbow strikes. Goldthwaite again tries to stand up and he is immediately slammed back to the ground, Jouban gets full mount on Goldthwaite and he attacks him with ground and pound. Jouban locks in a triangle choke on Goldthwaite as the round ends.
Round Two
The round begins with Jouban nailing Goldthwaite with a hard leg kick, Goldthwaite responds with leg kicks of his own. Jouban trips near the cage wall and Goldthwaite nails him with a few strikes, Jouban then slows Goldthwaite down with an inside leg kick. Jouban follows it up by nailing Goldthwaite with a right, Jouban then hits Goldthwaite with a body kick and straight left. Jouban drops Goldthwaite with a left as the round ends.
Round Three
The round begins with Goldthwaite nailing Jouban with a right hook, Jouban scores a takedown on Goldthwaite and he gets full mount. Goldthwaite uses a sweep to get on top of Jouban, Jouban uses the rubber guard and rabbit punches to keep Goldthwaite at bay. Jouban also starts attacking Goldthwaite with elbow strikes, the referee stands up the fighters after inactivity and Jouban drops Goldthwaite with a three punch combination and the referee jumps in.

Fight #2 - Shark Fights Featherweight Division Fight

Round One
The round begins with Frey quickly hitting Perez with a right cross, Perez responds by hitting Frey with a left cross. Frey follows his attack up with a double jab and a leg kick on Perez, both fighters then exchange a few knee strikes. Perez then connects with a body kcik on Frey, Frey quickly responds by nailing Perez with a few punches. Perez then gets the back of Frey and he drags him to the ground, Frey then escapes a Perez rear naked choke attempt. Frey then attempts a guillotine choke on Perez and Perez escapes, Perez then gets back control once again on Frey. Perez then transitions to the full mount on Frey, Perez then returns to back control on Frey and he fails at another choke attempt. Perez then attacks Frey with some ground and pound as the round ends.
Round Two
The round begins with Perez nailing Frey with a few quick jabs, Frey then connects with a right cross and body punch on Perez. Frey then scores a takedown on Perez and he gets side control, Frey attempts a guillotine choke and Perez escapes to get on top of him. Perez then starts attacking Frey with some ground and pound, Frey forces the fight to the feet after pushing Perez off of him. Perez scores another takedown on Frey and he gets the half guard, Perez then transitions to full mount on Frey. Perez then resumes his ground and pound attack on Frey, Perez then gets back control on Frey after a scramble. Perez attempts a rear naked choke as the round ends.
Round Three
The round begins with Perez nailing Frey with a two punch combination, Perez then connects with a spinning back elbow on Frey. Frey recovers to nail Perez with a few left hooks, Perez fails at a takedown attempt and he eats a few elbows. Frey attempts a guillotine choke on Perez and he fails, Perez then moves into the modified half guard on Frey. Frey quickly returns Perez into his full guard, the referee stands up the fighters after inactivity and Perez nails Frey with a knee strike. Perez scores another takedown on Frey and he gets the half guard, a scramble forces the fight to the feet and Perez drags Frey back to the ground. The fighters stand up again and Perez hits Frey with a right as the round ends.

Fight #3 - Shark Fights Light Heavyweight Division Fight
Emanuel Newton (14-6-1) vs. Ilir Latifi (4-1-0)

Round One
The round begins with Newton nailing Latifi with a body kick, Latifi then catches Newton with a counter right. Latifi then charges at Newton and he clobbers him with a series of punches, Newton then catches Latifi with a few knee strikes. Latifi then catches Newton with a few short punches to the body, Newton then resumes his knee strike attack on Latifi. The referee separates the fighters after inactivity and Newton attempts several high kicks on Latifi as the round ends.
Round Two
The round begins with Newton hitting Latifi with a right, Newton then just starts throwing all kinds of kicks at Latifi. Each fighters throws a few wild strikes at each other that ends with a Latifi head kick to Newton, Latifi then barely connects with a wild right on Newton. Latifi then charges at Newton and he immediately gets hit by Newton as the round ends.
Round Three
The round begins with Newton attempting a few wild kicks on Latifi, Newton then briefly puts Latifi on the ground with a trip takedown. Newton then barely misses a high kick on Latifi, Latifi then tags Newton with a series of wild strikes all over the body. Both fighters battle near the cage wall and throw tons of punches at each other, Latifi then rocks Newton with a right as the round ends.

The round begins with Rodriquez quickly scoring a takedown on Williams, Rodriquez easily transitions to half guard on Williams. Rodriquez transitions to side control and he nails Williams with a few knee strikes, Rodriquez then moves to full mount on Williams. Rodriquez gets back control and locks in a rear naked choke on Williams to force a tap out.

The round begins with Rosholt nailing Horwich with a few leg kicks, Horwich responds by nailing Rosholt with a left. Rosholt recovers to nail Horwich with a right hook to the body, Horwich then connects with a six punch combination to Rosholt. Rosholt then hits Horwich with a kick to the body, Horwich then dazes Rosholt with a series of lefts to the face. Rosholt resumes attacking Horwich with leg kicks, Rosholt follows that up by nailing Horwich with a series of body punches. Rosholt then scores a takedown on Horwich and he immediately postures up, Rosholt nails Horwich with a few strikes as the round ends.
Round Two
The round begins with Horwich nailing Rosholt with a high head kick, Rosholt responds by nailing Horwich with a body kick. Both fighters then exchange a few leg kicks, Horwich then nails Rosholt with a left before being taken down by him. The fighters stand up and both fighters hit each other with left hooks, Horwich then connects with a knee strike on Rosholt. Rosholt then connects with a left of his own on Horwich, Rosholt follows it up by nailing Horwich with a body kick. Rosholt then scores a takedown on Horwich as the round ends.
Round Three
The round begins with Rosholt immediately throwing leg kicks at Horwich, Rosholt then scores a takedown on Horwich and he postures up. The fighters stand up and Horwich hits Rosholt with a light body kick, Rosholt nails a charging Horwich with a counter punch. Horwich then charges at Rosholt while landing a few punches, Rosholt then starts working the jab on Horwich. Rosholt then clobbers Horwich with a three punch combination, Rosholt then scores another takedown on Horwich and he immediately postures up. The fighters stand up and Rosholt lands a flying knee strike as the round ends.
