TFC Lightweight Division Fight: Joe Wilk vs. Willian DeSouza

TFC Bantamweight Division Fight: Anthony Gutierrez vs. Cody Land

Fight #1 – TFC Bantamweight Division Fight

Anthony Gutierrez (2-0-0) vs. Cody Land (4-0-0)

Referee: Chuck Wolf

Round One

The round begins with both fighters immediately exchanging leg kicks, Land then scores a takedown on Gutierrez and he gets side control. Gutierrez then forces Land into his half guard, Land then postures up and he falls into a few hammer fists from Gutierrez. A scramble forces the fight to the feet and Gutierrez drops Land with a few knee strikes and follows it up with strikes until the referee stepped in.

Fight Result: Anthony Gutierrez def. Cody Land by TKO via strikes (2:36, R1)

Fight #2 – TFC Heavyweight Division Fight

Daniel Gallemore (0-0-0) vs. Alex Huddelston (0-0-0)

Referee: Chuck Wolf

Round One

The round begins with Huddelston nailing Gallemore with a wild right, Huddelston and Gallemore then exchange a few knee strikes. Gallemore then tries to slow Huddelston with leg kicks, Gallemore follows it up by nailing Huddelston with knee strikes. Huddelston recovers to start hitting Gallemore with uppercuts, Gallemore then jumps guard on Huddelston. Huddelston then transitions to side control on Gallemore, Huddelston then starts attacking Gallemore with some ground and pound. Huddelston then moves onto attacking Gallemore with elbow strikes, Gallemore then hits Huddelston with an illegal up kick and the fight is halted. The fight resumes with Huddelston clobbering Gallemore with an overhand right, Gallemore connects with a few knee strikes on Huddelston as the round ends.

Round Two

The round begins with both fighters exchanging leg kicks, Huddelston then scores a takedown on Gallemore and he gets side control. Huddelston then starts attacking Gallemore with some ground and pound, Huddelston advances to full mount on Gallemore. Huddelston then resumes his ground and pound attack on Gallemore, Huddelston then moves to back control on Gallemore. Gallemore eventually uses a scramble to break free and get side control on Huddelston, Huddelston is quick to reverse Gallemore and get side control as the round ends.

Round Three

The round begins with Gallemore block a Huddelston takedown attempt, Gallemore then spins around to get back control on Huddelston. Gallemore then starts attacking Huddelston with a lot of strikes, Huddelston then shakes Gallemore off of him and he winds up getting side control. Huddelston keeps the attack on Gallemore by hitting him with a few elbow strikes, Huddelston follows that up by attacking Gallemore with hammer fists as the round ends.

Fight Result: Alex Huddelston def. Daniel Gallemore by unanimous decision (30-25, 30-25, 29-26)

Fight #3 – TFC Welterweight Division Fight

Nick Nolte (3-3-0) vs. Marcio Navarro (8-5-0)

Referee: David Clifton

Round One

The round begins with both fighters immediately throwing leg kicks at each other, Nolte then drops Navarro with a left. Nolte then grabs back control on Navarro while attacking with strikes, Nolte then gets half guard on Navarro. Nolte attempts an arm triangle on Navarro and fails, Nolte then postures up on Navarro and he attacks him with a ton of punches. Navarro then finds a way to get up and he gets a takedown on Nolte, Navarro purposely lets the fight go back to the feet as the round ends.

Round Two

The round begins with Nolte catching Navarro with a body kick, Nolte follows it up by hitting Navarro with a flying knee strike. Nolte then starts attacking Navarro with knee strikes, Navarro responds by nailing knee strikes of his own. The referee separates the fighters after inactivity and both fighters just start swinging at each other, Navarro then accidentally knee strikes Nolte in the testicles. The fight resumes with Nolte nailing Navarro with jabs, Nolte then accidentally drills Navarro with a kick to the balls. The fight resumes with Nolte scoring a brief takedown on Navarro, the fighters stand up and Nolte scores another takedown on Navarro as the round ends.

Round Three

The round begins with Nolte nailing Navarro with a body kick, both fighters then start exchanging some leg kicks. Navarro then starts winning the leg kick battle over Nolte, Nolte then catches Navarro with a few knee strikes. Navarro then barely connects with a right to the face of Nolte, both fighters then exchange knee strikes while on the cage wall. Nolte and Navarro then start exchanging more leg kicks, Nolte then scores a takedown on Navarro as the round ends.

Fight Result: Nick Nolte def. Marcio Navarro by unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28, 30-27)

Fight #4 – TFC Lightweight Division Fight

Joe Wilk (12-5-0) vs. Willian DeSouza (2-2-0)

Referee: David Clifton

Round One

The round begins with Wilk attacking DeSouza with plenty of leg kicks, both fighters then exchange knee strikes while on the cage wall. Wilk then drops DeSouza with a knee strike and he immediately gets the half guard, DeSouza rolls for a knee bar and winds up putting Wilk into the guard. Wilk then starts attacking DeSouza with plenty of strikes, Wilk then gets back control on DeSouza. DeSouza shakes Wilk off of him and they both stand up, DeSouza goes for a takedown and he winds up on his back. Wilk starts attacking DeSouza with a ton of ground and pound, a scramble forces the fight back to the feet as the round ends.

Round Two

The round begins with Wilk nailing DeSouza with a head kick, Wilk then drags DeSouza to the ground while getting some back control. Wilk then starts attacking DeSouza’s legs with a few knee strikes, Wilk then rocks DeSouza with a knee strike to the face. DeSouza responds by attacking Wilk with knee strikes of his own, the referee separates the fighters after inactivity and Wilk scores a takedown on DeSouza and he gets side control as the round ends.

Round Three

The round begins with DeSouza attacking Wilk with leg kicks, Wilk then drags DeSouza to the ground and he gets back control. The fighters scramble and Wilk gets head control on DeSouza, the fighters stand up and Wilk attacks DeSouza with knee strikes. Wilk scores another takedown on DeSouza and he gets the half guard, Wilk then starts peppering DeSouza with lefts. DeSouza then forces Wilk into his closed guard, Wilk postures up before dropping back into the guard of DeSouza. Wilk then tries to jump on the back of DeSouza and he misses, DeSouza winds up on top of Wilk as the round ends.

Fight #5 – TFC Light Heavyweight Division Fight

Rob Kimmons (22-7-0) vs. Brendan Seguin (22-16-1)

Referee: Chuck Wolf

Round One

The round begins with Kimmons catching Seguin with a punching combination, Seguin then tries to slow down Kimmons with leg kicks. Seguin then catches Kimmons with a left during a wild exchange, Seguin then nails Kimmons with a three punch combination. Kimmons recovers to catch Seguin with a series of knee strikes, both fighters then use some dirty boxing while in the clinch. Kimmons then dazes Seguin with a right after a brief separation, Seguin continuously nails Kimmons with body blows. Kimmons clobbers Seguin with a few punches as the round ends.

Round Two

The round begins with Seguin nailing Kimmons with a left hook and multiple jabs, Seguin then catches Kimmons with a few elbow strikes. Seguin then resumes his body punching attack on Kimmons, Seguin then starts nailing Kimmons with uppercuts. Kimmons then charges at Sequin while throwing a ton of punches, Seguin recovers to hit Kimmons with a knee strike. Kimmons responds by catching Seguin with a knee strike of his own, both fighters exchange strikes as the round ends.

Round Three

The round begins with Seguin nailing Kimmons with a right cross, Kimmons then wins a wild striking exchange with Seguin. Kimmons then catches Seguin with a counter right, Seguin follows that up by clobbering Kimmons with a right. Seguin then starts working the knee strikes on Kimmons, Seguin then barely catches Kimmons with another right. Kimmons then starts attacking Seguin with knee strikes, both fighters then exchange a wild series of punches. Seguin then hits a turning Kimmons with a kidney punch as the round ends.

Fight #6 - TFC Women’s Welterweight Division Fight

Sara McMann (2-0-0) vs. Tonya Evinger (9-4-0)

Referee: David Clifton

Round One

The round begins with McMann scoring an immediate takedown on Evinger and she gets side control, Evinger finds a way to get McMann in the half guard. McMann and Evinger attack each other with short range strikes, the referee separates the fighters after inactivity and McMann scores a trip takedown on Evinger. McMann tries some ground and pound as the round ends.

Round Two

The round begins with Evinger hitting McMann with a body kick, McMann then scores a takedown on Evinger and she gets the half guard. Evinger then finds a way to get McMann into the full guard, Evinger shoves McMann away to get the fight on the feet. McMann then finds a way to drag Evinger to the ground and she gets the half guard, McMann then attacks Evinger with short elbow strikes. McMann attempts to attack Evinger with some ground and pound as the round ends.

Round Three

The round begins with McMann rushing at Evinger while throwing punches, McMann scores a takedown on Evinger and she gets the full guard. McMann then transitions to side control on Evinger, Evinger attempts an inverted triangle on McMann and fails. McMann moves to the North/South position on Evinger, a scramble forces McMann into the half guard of Evinger. The referee separates the fighters after inactivity and Evinger attempts several kicks on McMann, McMann lands several knee strikes as the round ends.

Main Event - TFC Lightweight Division Fight

Clay French (17-6-0) vs. James Krause (13-3-0)

Referee: Chuck Wolf

Round One

The round begins with Krause immediately attempting a high kick on French, Krause then nearly catches French with a guillotine choke. French then catches Krause with an illegal knee that the referee does not call, French then winds up in the guard of Krause. Krause then tries another guillotine choke on French and fails, French then hits Krause with some ground and pound. French then transitions to half guard on Krause, Krause then forces French back into the full guard position. French then passes back into the half guard on Krause, Krause then uses a reversal to get on top of French. The fighters stand up and French scores a takedown on Krause as the round ends.

Round Two

The round begins with Krause catching French with a right cross, French responds by nailing Krause with an overhand left. French then scores a takedown on Krause and he gets the half guard, a scramble forces French into the rubber guard of Krause. French then finds a way to get back control on Krause, Krause uses a scramble to get himself on to of French. A failed guillotine attempt by Krause gives French the opportunity to be on top again as the round ends.

Round Three

The round begins with Krause nailing French with a front kick, Krause follows it up by nailing French with a high kick. Krause then catches French with two straight uppercuts and a takedown, Krause uses a wild scramble to assault French with strikes. Krause then attempts an arm triangle on French and he fails, Krause movers to side control on French and he attacks him with elbow strikes. French uses a scramble to get himself on top of Krause, French attacks Krause with a few strikes as the round ends.
