Who would have thought that the unlikely, makeshift team of Damian Dragon and Matt Saigon would have defeated one of the best teams in the Northeast, “The Best Around,” Bruce Maxwell & TJ Canon, on January 30, 2011 in Voorhees, NJ for the TWA TAG TEAM TITLE?
Dragon & Saigon, now known as FUSION D.S., took the Cinderella story a step further when the defeated “Midnight Sensations” Chris Rockwell & Sam Shields for the vacant ECWA TAG TEAM TITLES on May 7, 2011 in Newark, DE to become new and first-time ever ECWA/TWA UNIFIED TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS!!!
Winning and unifying both championships was an incredible feat in itself for the new combination, but today FUSION DS has finally arrived as a team and silenced the critics. Today, FUSION D.S. was ranked the #10 team in the WORLD by Pro Wrestling Illustrated (PWI) Magazine!!!!!!!!!!
