WINNIPEG WARFARE 2011 – Steeltown Pro Wrestling presents the 4th annual Winnipeg Warfare on Sunday September 18th, 2011 at the Royal Canadian Legion (Branch 246) at 1335 Main Street in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Tickets are $12 at the door. Doors open at 6:30 PM. This will be SPW’s 70th live event since April 2008.
Signed to appear at Winnipeg Warfare 2011 are: SPW Heavyweight Champion “Iron” Ike Idol, SPW Provincial Champion “Wild Child” Jerin Rose, SPW Tag Team Champion La Sombra, Marius, Spanky, Bad to the Bone (Big Cliff Corleone & Reggie Gallagher), “Misfit” Mike Mission, Billy Blaze, Jay Beaver, “Really Crazy” Rob Stardom, “Classic” Matt Fairlane, Brian Rich and Jethro Hawg.

LA SOMBRA VS IKE IDOL – Winner of the 2011 Red River Rumble and the 2011 Kerry Brown Memorial Tournament, La Sombra, will challenge reigning SPW Heavyweight Champion “Iron” Ike Idol at Winnipeg Warfare 2011. Both men are at the top of their game. Ike Idol successfully defended the SPW Heavyweight Title against former WWE World Tag Team Champion Eugene while La Sombra recently defeated former TNA X-Division Champion Johnny Devine.
MARIUS VS JERIN ROSE – Revisiting their violent feud from early 2009 that included Manitoba’s first ever Blind Fold Match and the involvement of WWE Legend Rick “Model” Martel, Marius will challenge “Wild Child” Jerin Rose for the SPW Provincial Championship at Winnipeg Warfare 2011. Jerin Rose is currently the longest reigning Provincial Champion in SPW history.
