STEELTOWN PRO NEWS BULLETIN (09/15/11)

 

WINNIPEG WARFARE 2011 – Steeltown Pro Wrestling presents the 4th annual Winnipeg Warfare on Sunday September 18th, 2011 at the Royal Canadian Legion (Branch 246) at 1335 Main Street in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.  Tickets are $12 at the door.  Doors open at 6:30 PM.  This will be SPW’s 70th live event since April 2008. 

 

SPW HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE MATCH

LA SOMBRA VS “IRON” IKE IDOL (C)

 

Winner of the 2011 Red River Rumble, the 2011 Kerry Brown Memorial Tournament and one half of the SPW Tag Team Champions, La Sombra challenges “Iron” Ike Idol for the SPW Heavyweight Champion.  Both men are at the top of their game.  Ike Idol successfully defended the SPW Heavyweight Title against former WWE World Tag Team Champion Eugene while La Sombra recently defeated former TNA X-Division Champion Johnny Devine.

 

SPW PROVINCIAL TITLE MATCH

MARIUS VS “WILD CHILD” JERIN ROSE (C)

 

Revisiting their 2009 rivalry that included Manitoba’s first ever Blind Fold Match, Marius will challenge “Wild Child” Jerin Rose for the SPW Provincial Championship.  Jerin Rose is currently the longest reigning SPW Provincial Champion
