Silva announced today that he has signed Sytch to manage him beginning with the Oct. 15 AWE Night of Legends pay-per-view.
"I am the future of AWE. I am the next AWE World Heavyweight Champion. Tammy Sytch is The Manager of Champions. Who better to help me get to my destiny?" Silva said.
A former Pro Wrestling Illustrated Manager of the Year, Sytch led The BodyDonnas, The Godwinns and The Smoking Gunns to WWE World Tag Team Titles and also managed the Triple Threat that ruled the scene in ECW in the late 1990s.
Sytch also had wrestlers in her stable win titles in Smoky Mountain and TNA.
"Alex Silva is on the verge of greatness. Our focus in the here and now needs to be on Fit Finlay, but after the pay-per-view, the sky really is the limit," Sytch said.

Country-music recording artist Jon Morton to perform at Night of the Legends
Nashville recording artist Jon Morton will perform for fans at AWE Night of the Legends on Saturday, Oct. 15, at the Augusta Expo Center in Fishersville, Va.
Morton, the son of wrestling legend Ricky Morton of The Rock-n-Roll Express, is a former baseball standout who turned to the country-music business after an arm injury ended his minor-league baseball career.
Born in San Antonio and raised in Nashville, Morton's music reflects his Texas and Tennessee influences with a blend of country and Southern rock.
