SAN ANTONIO, TX - River City Wrestling -- San Antonio's brand of professional wrestling -- will hold an event on entitled "Return to Glory IV" on Saturday, November 5 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church Activity Center, 1630 Goliad Road in San Antonio, TX. The event will begin at 8 p.m. and the doors open at 7:30 p.m. TICKETS Tickets will be sold at the door and are as follows: front row, all ages are $15; general admission, adults are $12; general admission, kids ages 4-18 years and adults with a military/student ID are $10; and children three years and younger are free. Advance tickets are online at rcw-wrestling.com, ticketmaster.com, or ticketweb.com. Advance tickets are cheaper than those sold at the door with group discounts also available. VIP PASSES VIP passes are also available, and are as follows: $25 for front row, $20 general admission adults and $18 general admission kids or military/student ID. VIP passes include a Meet n' Greet Backstage with RCW stars at intermission, a free hot dog and soda ($3 value), a free 11"x17" color poster ($2 value), and first choice of seating. The VIPs will be allowed to enter the building first when the doors open.
ON THE CARD
The return of former WCW superstar GORGEOUS GEORGE! Last time we saw George controversy erupted when it appeared it would be "ladies' night" in RCW as she refereed the match between Alissa Flash/Darci Drake and San Antonio's Most Unwanted. George showed her true colors by turning against the girls and siding with Joey "Super Shot" Spector, RCW Co-Commissioner Chris Sifuentes and the group. Word is that Commissioner Sifuentes has asked George to referee another match. What will it be?
In addition, the TNA/AAA superstar and RCW icon "The Super-Mex" Hernandez will be in attendance. At October's Battlelines V event, the current co-holder of the TNA Tag Team Championship took a seat in the audience right next to RCW Champion "The Man with the Killer Instinct" Ray Rowe's wife during Rowe's match against Quinten Allen. Hernandez left before things got ugly, but what will happen when the "Super-Mex" is present... and did we mention Rowe and his family will be there as well?
"El Mamacito" Ann Dromeda will defend the RCW International Title in a rematch against "The Minister" Rick David with Jeremiah Jones. This culture clash began at Battlelines V. Even though Ann Dromeda kept the RCW International Title, he was the victim of a brutal beatdown from David, his minions and Jones. This rivalry continues at Return to Glory IV!
Speaking of rivalries, The Gulf Coast Connection - "New Style" Ben Galvan and "Brooklyn's Finest" AJ Summers - are also using a rematch clause against newly-crowned RCW Tag Team Champions, Jingo Wallabee and Honkey Kong! Wallabee and Kong defeated the Connection at Battlelines V, will this lovable duo be able to retain in a second go-around?
In addition, more matches in the Ring King Tournament including Big Dogg with Chris Sifuentes vs. Joey "Super Shot" Spector in the semi-finals!
