HAWAII'S ACTION ZONE WRESTLING WILL COME TO APW GYM WARS!
Today, Friday December 23rd, All Pro Wrestling and Action Zone Wrestling have come to an agreement to co-promote together on Friday, March 2nd, 2012 in Hayward, CA for a special event. Early this month, Action Zone Wrestling President Daryl Bonilla contacted All Pro Wrestling matchmaker John LaRocca about some of the AZW stars will be in the Bay Area in the month of March. John LaRocca asked Daryl Bonilla if AZW would like to participate in a friendly competition between the two companies and Darly agreed.
On Friday, March 2nd, 2012 in Hayward, CA, All Pro Wrestling and Action Zone Wrestling will compete in a “PACIFIC CHALLENGE” Best Of Three Series featuring three of the best from both APW and AZW. On January, 30th in Waipahu, Hawaii, Action Zone Wrestling will hold qualifying matches for the right to represent AZW in the “Pacific Challenge”. All Pro Wrestling will name their three representatives for the Pacific Challenge sometime in early 2012.
Action Zone Wrestling is the only wrestling promotion in Hawaii and has been exciting the wrestling fans there since 2005. AZW is a host of some great wrestlers including the current AZW Heavyweight Champion, “Mr. Athletic” Jeff Cobb who represented Guam in the 2004 Olympics, Ali Shabazz, Bobby “The Lighting” Bolt, DDB, Kaimana, Kaniala, Sabaki, and Mark Anarchy.
