GAUNTLET MATCH
JOE PEACE pinned DR. NEMO LUV to win the elimination match. Others in the match were CHRIS CROSS, CASEY KANE and JUSTIN PAIN
BILLY CLUB pinned DOBERMAN
Before the next match, the Russian Destroyer and Russian Crusher came out. They informed "Comrade Brooks" via letter from the state athletic commission that their expulsion from NAWA was only good for the 2011 calendar year, so they should be allowed to come back and get a rematch for the NAWA Tag Team Titles. Brooks pointed out that the scheduled challengers for the belts, Li Fang and Randy Wayne, were a man short because Wayne's father had a stroke, so he left to be with his father. Brooks then told the Russians that one of them could team with Fang. Destroyer declared himself to be Fang's partner, so Brooks told Crusher to leave the arena so there would be no interference.
NAWA TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH
LI FANG & the RUSSIAN DESTROYER beat Champions The COWBOYS (Cowboy Adam & Tim Storm) to win the belts. The Russian Crusher came out and tried to get involved, and, while referee Ric Manning tried to keep him out, Fang landed with a Warrior Stomp on Adam, and Destroyer made the cover as Manning turned around and made the 1-2-3, giving us new champions. Fang and the two Russians attacked the Cowboys, but, suddenly, Crash ran in, and the three foreigners bailed out.
MAIN EVENT - NAWA TEXAS HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE MATCH
Champion NOBE BRYANT and FRANCO D'ANGELO went to a double disqualification. D'Angelo charged at Bryant in the corner, but Bryant pulled referee Speed Bump in the way, causing D'Angelo to run into him, knocking him out. As D'Angelo's back was turned, Bryant hit him in the back with his own hand mirror. D'Angelo recovered enough to hit the Decapitator and make the cover, but the referee was still out. Ric Manning ran into the ring and made the count, giving D'Angelo the belt. Bump recovered, took the belt from D'Angelo and gave it back to Bryant, saying D'Angelo was disqualified for hitting the referee. Brooks, who saw everything, got in the ring and heard both referees' sides. Brooks decided that the match was a double-DQ, taking the belt from Bryant. He then declared the title held up and scheduled a rematch for February 4, and it will be No DQ with two referees in the ring.
The next show is scheduled for February 4, 2012, at the NAWA Arena in Waxahachie.
