DEMIAN MAIA'S NEW OPPOSITION FOR UFC ON FOX 2 IS....

Demian Maia vs Chris Weidman slated for UFC on FOX 2

Undefeated Middleweight prospect Chris Weidman has stepped in to replace Michael Bisping, taking on Demian Maia on this month's UFC on FOX 2 main card. Chris Weidman's most recent appearance was a technical submission victory (via D'Arce choke) over Tom Lawlor at UFC 139 in November.

Dana White announced the news via Twitter.

UFC on FOX 2 takes place Saturday, January 28th in Chicago, Illinois.
