FEATHERWEIGHT TITLE FIGHT TO HEADLINE BELLATOR 61

It was announced today that Bellator Featherweight Champion Joe Warren (7-2-0) will defend the gold against tournament winner Pat Curran (16-4-0) at Bellator 61. This event will take place on March 9th at The Venue At The Horseshoe in Hammond, Indiana and it will air live on MTV2.

Pat Curran earned this title opportunity when he defeated Marlon Sandro, Ronnie Mann and Luis Palamino in the Bellator “Summer Series.” This will be the first title defense for Joe Warren, who recently lost in the opening round of the season five bantamweight tournament.
