UFC DEBUT FX RATING WAS....

The UFC 142 Prelims broadcast on FX this past Saturday 1/14, which the first UFC special on the cable network garnered a 0.6 rating with 880,000 viewers watching the broadcast.

The four fight broadcast was the first prelims special to air on FX under the umbrella of UFC's deal with FOX. Previous preliminary fights were broadcast on SpikeTV or streamed via UFC's Facebook page.

The previous weekend's repeats of comedies How I Met Your Mother and Two and A Half Men in the same timeslot scored the following ratings the week before: How I Met Your Mother 8:00 PM - 0.41 rating
How I Met Your Mother 8:30 PM -0.43
Two and A Half Men 9:00 PM -0.59
Two and A Half Men 9:30 PM -0.75
