FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE!
We are less than a week away from BWO's Showdown, our huge benefit show to benefit the Let Them Be Little X2 trust, which has been set up to support the two sons of the Leider family. Jason and Justin, the family's two boys, have both been afflicted with the rare and fatal genetic disorder known as Hunter's Syndrome. We here at BWO want nothing more than to have as many people come out and support this charity as possible. All proceeds from this show will go directly to the Leider family that night. Remember, tickets are available through contact information on the BWO website located at http://bodyslamwrestling.com, or by calling 973-594-6157. Tickets are $10 in advance and $12 at the door, so please make every effort to support us int his effort.
In other BWO news...
LAW DENIES REMATCH!
In a shocking turn of events, Tristen Law has claimed that he does not have to honor Sebastian Cruz's request for a rematch! The new champ, who was recently looking past a rematch with the former champ, has decided to simply forego the previously scheduled match altogether and look for "bigger challenges." Law has given no alternative match to BWO officials as of this writing, but he has assured us that future matches for the belt "will not include inferior talent like Sebastian Cruz" and that BWO fans can "direct thanks to his Facebook and Twitter pages."
ARLENE FACES A RETURNING CHALLENGER!
One of the last ladies' competitors to pin the current "Queen of BWO Women's Wrestling," Arlene James, will be returning this Saturday at Showdown. Aida Marie has claimed that she will be the one to end the title reign of the self-proclaimed BWO Women's Champion when she comes back to Elmwood Park this Saturday. Arlene could not be reached for comment as of this writing, but she has previously stated that she is searching for competition, so she should be happy to see that one of her biggest rivals has returned to challenge for the new, though unofficial, BWO Women's Title.
SEVERAL NEW FACES ADDED TO SHOWDOWN!
Fans attending BWO this coming Saturday night should plan to see several standout East Coast talents make their BWO debut. Highly decorated independent tag team The Midnight Sensations, Chris Rockwell and Sam Shields, will be in attendance! CZW star DJ Hyde will be wrestling in singles action. Finally, just signed to Showdown, is longtime wrestling journeyman Andrew Anderson! All of these additions are highly anticipated by the BWO offices, and we know they will add to an already packed line-up this Saturday at Showdown!
That's all for this week.
