First reported by Swedish site mmanytt.se, and later confirmed by MMAJunkie.com, the two combatants are slated to meet on the UFC on FUEL TV 2 card in Sweden.
Siver (19-8), most recently competed at UFC 137 in October, suffering a submission defeat to top lightweight Donald Cerrone. Nunes (17-2), a Nova Uniao standout, most recently defeated Manny Gamburyan at UFC 141 in December.
It is unclear whether this bout will be a preliminary bout, or get a spot on the main card.
UFC on FUEL TV 2 takes place on April 14th in Stockholm, Sweden, and features a main event between Antonio Rogerio Nogueira and Alexander Gustafsson. The event airs live on FUEL TV, with much of the preliminary card, according to MMAJunkie, airing on Facebook.
