Although nothing set in stone, MMAJunkie.com is reporting that this event could very well be UFC on FX 3.
Not only is the card expected to be announced soon, but an exciting match-up between middleweights Tom Lawlor and Jason MacDonald is also expected.
Also reported first by MMAJunkie, this bout features "Filthy" Tom Lawlor (7-4), a fighter who has had his ups and downs in his UFC run, going 3-3 overall. His most recent appearance was a technical submission loss to undefeated Chris Weidman.
MacDonald (25-15) has not fared much better in his UFC run, dropping 2 of his last three fights. Most recently, he suffered a TKO loss to the returning Alan Belcher.
