The fast rising tag team joined forces with their leader, and teacher, ZS3 back in October of 2010. They turned against The Killer Steves and later Loca Vida which sparked a war between the six men. This war would last almost a full year in 2CW. They had 6-man matches, tag team matches, tables matches and a six-man tornado tag team street fight in Watertown at The Big Event. First Class had their opponents numbers throughout most of that feud, only losing the final two battles. First Class has dominated 2CW since they came together that faithful night in Utica, NY. They have defeated a number of six-man tag team combinations, including Team Suck It (Road Dogg, Billy Gunn & X-Pac), Blue World Order (Stevie Richards, The Blue Meanie & Nova) and The Olsens with Pete D Order. They have faced off with top names from the past in singles action as well, including Tommy Dreamer (vs Graham-We Run This Town-August, 2011) Raven (vs Punisher VanSlyke-Saving Wrestling From Mediocrity-September, 2011) and Jake “The Snake” Roberts (vs ZS3 Unfinished Business-January, 2010). ZS3 has been around 2CW since the very first day. He main evented the first two 2CW shows ever against Spike Dudley. ZS3 has wrestled legends such as Tony Atlas & Hacksaw Jim Duggan in 2CW, and is the leader of First Class. His teachings have paid off dividends, as his “two greatest students” earned their tag team title shot and walked away with the titles. Even with a lot of controversy surrounding the outcome of that championship match, the fact still remains that First Class are the champions, and they are a huge force to be reckoned with. This month in historySpeaking of First Class’ leader, ZS3. He was involved in a very unique contest back in the winter of 2007. Syracuse, NY was the location, his opponent was Gordy Wallace. The match was a Fans Bring the Weapons Match. The concept is rarely used in professional wrestling anymore, but was assigned to this contest. The idea is basic in its design, fans bring the weapons. Whatever they can think of (barring lethal devices, of course) and those weapons come into play during the match. Many hard-hitting weapons are used, some rather unusual. In the end, ZS3 would pick up the victory. This match can be picked up on DVD via our internet store or at any 2CW live event. It was on show #10, 2.23.07 from Syracuse NY. 2CW Store* Girls Grand Prix 2CW supershirt Event T-Shirt $20 t-shirt $22 We Are 2CW – We Are #1 T-Shirt $20 Plus all of the past 2CW shows on DVD Check out store.2CWwrestling.com for our entire catalog! ClosingAs we approach the first ever Girls Grand Prix, we here in 2CW will get our first look at five of the participants. Veda Scott, Cherry Bomb, Mia Yim, Rachel Summerlyn & Allysin Kay. One star returning for the first time since January of 2010, and of course two of our favorite regulars, Sara Del Rey & Portia Perez. This is a huge tournament for women’s wrestling, and has already been covered by many in the wrestling media. Girls Grand Prix has eight of the top independent women wrestlers in North America. Even with a few early substitutions before we get to Binghamton, the star power in this tournament is amazing. What is even better than having an 8-woman tournament in one night? How about a 4-way dance for the 2CW Championship along with this huge tournament. While we are at it, let’s include a special appearance by Carlito as he faces hometown hero, Sean Carr, and a 2CW tag team title match! Just that one night of pro wrestling action should be enough to satisfy any wrestling fans itch. However, we are 2CW, and we are number one! 2CW management decided to come to Auburn, NY for the first time EVER! So, what does one do to show why we are number one? Well, we bring you a tag team title match inside a steel cage. We bring back Carlito again, and we listen to our fans. On Facebook, YOU have asked about a special 21 and over show, just for our adult crowd, and we agreed! That certainly was a popular decision with the faithful, and so it is.
