Un-Aired Preliminary Fight Result - UFC Heavyweight Division Fight: Shawn Jordan def. Oli Thompson by TKO via strikes (1:07, R2)

Fight #1 - UFC Featherweight Division Fight

Daniel Pineda (16-7-0) vs. Mackens Semerzier (8-3-0-1NC)

Referee: Leon Roberts

Round One

The round begins with Semerzier attacking Pineda early with some leg kicks, Pineda quickly charges at Semerzier to force him against the cage wall. Both fighters then stand in the center of the octagon and exchange a few blows, Semerzier then catches Pineda with a few knee strikes. Semerzier then accidentally kicks Pineda in the groin, the fight resumes with Pineda attacking Semerzier with leg kicks. Pineda then drops Semerzier with a few hooks, Pineda quickly locks in a triangle choke and Semerzier eventually taps out.

Fight Result: Daniel Pineda def. Mackens Semerzier by submission via triangle choke (2:05, R1)

Post fight interview with Daniel Pineda, who says he worked hard for this short notice fight and he is grateful for the opportunity.

Fight #2 - UFC Welterweight Division Fight

Jack Hecht (11-2-0) vs. TJ Waldburger (14-6-0)

Round One

The round begins with Hecht catching Waldburger with a front kick, Waldburger then charges at Hecht and he eats a few counter punches. Waldburger then scores a takedown on Hecht, Hecht goes for a reversal and he gets caught in an arm bar from Waldburger to force a tap out.

Fight Result: TJ Waldburder def. Jake Hecht by submission via arm bar (0:55, R1)

Post fight interview with TJ Waldburger, who says he should win “submission of the night” and that he loves competing in MMA.

Fight #3 - UFC Middleweight Division Fight

Andrew Craig (6-0-0) vs. Kyle Noke (19-5-1)

Round One

The round begins with Noke immediately nailing Craig with leg kicks, Noke then scores a takedown on Craig and he gets head control. Noke then transitions to back control on Craig, Noke goes for the rear naked choke and Craig finds a way to escape while standing. Noke then scores another takedown on Craig and he gets back control, Noke then gets in the full guard of Craig after a struggle. Craig then attempts a triangle on Noke and he fails, Noke then lands a few elbow strikes on a grounded Craig. Noke then transitions to half guard on Craig while throwing strikes, the fighters stand up and Craig lands a knee strike on Noke. Craig then catches a leaping Noke with a counter left, Craig then catches Noke with a right to counter his striking attack. Noke then lands a kick to the ribcage of Craig as the round ends.

Round Two

The round begins with Craig attacking Noke with a few takedowns, Noke is quick to respond with some leg kicks of his own. Craig then pops Noke with a counter right hook to the jaw, Noke then grabs at Craig and he forces him up against the cage wall. Craig then lands on top of Noke after a failed takedown attempt, Craig then starts landing some ground and pound on Noke. Noke then uses a scramble to force the fight to the feet, Craig then drops Noke quickly with a counter strike. Craig then goes back on top of Noke as the round ends.

Round Three

The round begins with both fighters charging at each other while throwing strikes, Craig then pops Noke with a counter left. Noke then lands a few front kicks on Craig, Craig then catches Noke with a two punch combination to the face. Noke then lands a right on Craig before forcing him on the cage wall, Noke then scores a takedown on Craig and he gets leg control. Craig uses a wall walk to get the fight back to the feet, Craig then hits Noke with a counter left after eating a body kick. Craig then scores a takedown on Noke and he gets the open guard, Craig then lands a few short range strikes on Noke. Noke attempts to stand up and he eats a few strikes from Craig as the round ends.

Fight Result: Andrew Craig def. Kyle Noke by unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28, 29-28)

Post fight interview with Andrew Craig, who says he started the fight off a little slow and he recognizes Texas Independent Day.

Fight #4 - UFC Featherweight Division Fight

Cole Miller (18-5-0) vs. Steven Siler (19-9-0)

Round One

The round begins with Siler charging at Miller while throwing a two punch combination, the fighters then battle for position on the cage wall. The fighters separate and Siler starts attacking Miller with some leg kicks, Siler then catches Miller with a right after blocking a kick. Miller then pops Siler with a counter right to the head, Miller then catches Siler with a few jabs and a hard right. Miller then clobbers Siler with a counter right before eating a punching combination, Siler then powers Miller up against the cage wall. Siler then nails Miller with a right as the fighter backed up, Siler then rocks Miller with an upper cut. Siler then nearly catches Miller with a guillotine choke as the round ends.

Round Two

The round begins with Siler immediately attacking Miller with leg kicks, Miller then catches Siler with a knee strike before getting clobbered with a few punches. Miller then powers Siler up against the cage wall, Miller briefly trips Siler to the ground and he quickly stood back up. Siler then starts peppering Miller with a series of jabs, Miller then catches Siler with an odd looking series of uppercuts. The fighters then starts swinging wildly along the cage wall, Miller then pops Siler with a multi punch combination. Siler then nails Miller with a kidney punch before getting cracked with a left, the fighters then battle for position on the cage wall. Siler then pounds Miller with two lefts to the face, Miller then lands an elbow strike on Siler as the round ends.

Round Three

The round begins with Miller catching Siler with a push kick, Siler then catches Miller with a right after catching a kick. Siler follows it up by nailing Miller with a punching combination, Siler then pops Miller with a solid right. Miller responds by catching Siler with a straight right, Miller then nails Siler with a counter left to the jaw. Siler then starts working his jab on the charging Miller, Miller then powers Siler up against the cage wall after landing a jab of his own. Miller then starts attacking the legs of Siler with knee strikes, Miller then scores a takedown on Siler and he quickly gets the half guard. Miller then transitions to full mount after landing a few strikes, Siler uses a scramble to survive as the round ends.

Fight Result: Steven Siler def. Cole Miller by unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28, 29-28)

Post fight interview with Steven Siler, who says that Cole Miller is a tough fighter and he felt that he won the first two rounds of the fight.

Fight #5 - UFC Light Heavyweight Division Fight

Nick Penner (12-1-0) vs. Anthony Perosh (12-6-0)

Round One

The round begins with Penner keeping Perosh at bay with a few jabs, Perosh then quickly pops Penner with a right. Penner then catches an incoming Perosh with a counter left, Perosh then forces Penner up against the cage wall. Perosh then scores a takedown on Penner and he gets the half guard, Penner then reverses Perosh to get the fight onto the feet. Penner then uses his strength to shove Perosh into the cage wall, both fighters then battle for position on the cage wall. Perosh then catches Penner with a nice knee strike, Perosh then scores a takedown on Penner and he gets the half guard. Perosh then starts attacking Penner with a series of elbow strikes, Perosh then transitions to full mount on Penner. Perosh then starts attacking Penner with a ton of ground and pound until the referee steps in.

Fight Result: Anthony Perosh def. Nick Penner by TKO via strikes (4:59, R1)

Post fight interview with Anthony Perosh, who says he couldn’t do it without a lot of key people and he will be staying in the light heavyweight division.

Fight #6 - UFC Light Heavyweight Division Fight

Aaron Rosa (17-4-0) vs. James Te Huna (15-5-0)

Referee: Leon Roberts

Round One

The round begins with Te Huna catching Rosa early with a leg kick, Te Huna then charges at Rosa while landing a huge punching combination. Te Huna then powers Rosa up against the cage wall, Te Huna then catches Rosa with a right uppercut and a right cross. Te Huna then clobbers Rosa with a wild series of punches, Te Huna then drops Rosa with two left hooks and he follows it up with more strikes until the referee jumps in.

Fight Result: James Te Huna def. Aaron Rosa by TKO via strikes (2:08, R1)

Post fight interview with James Te Huna, who says it was good to compete in Australia again and it is good to be surrounded by good people.
