Fight #4 - Bellator Featherweight Tournament Opening Round Fight
Marlon Sandro (20-3-0) vs. Roberto Vargas (12-1-0)
Referee: Rob Hinds
Round One
The round begins with Sandro charging at Vargas while throwing some punches, Sandro then starts attacking Vargas with leg kicks. Sandro then clobbers Vargas with a three punch combination, Sandro then drops Vargas with a right uppercut. Vargas stands back up and Sandro drills him with an uppercut, Sandro then clobbers Vargas with two knee strikes. Sandro then pops Vargas with a two punch combination, Sandro then nails a ducking Vargas with a right uppercut. Sandro then drops Vargas with a bucnch of wild rights, Sandro then gets back control on the downed Vargas. Sandro then locks in a rear naked choke and Vargas eventually taps out.

Fight #5 - Bellator Featherweight Tournament Opening Round Fight
Mike Corey (11-2-1) vs. Ronnie Mann (24-4-1)

Round One
The round begins with Mann immediately attacking Corey with leg kicks, Mann then hits an incoming Corey with a punching combination. Mann then catches Corey with a nice counter right, Corey then tries to hold Mann against the cage wall before they separate. Corey then becomes more aggressive by backing Mann up before landing a leg kick, Mann then drops Corey with two violent rights. Corey recovers by trying to trap Mann in the omaplata, the fighters stand up and Mann pops Corey with a quick right. Mann then catches an incoming Corey with a flying knee strike, Corey then scores a takedown on Mann and he gets the open guard. Corey then starts attacking Mann with some ground and pound as the round ends.
Round Two
The round begins with both fighters popping each other with jabs, both fighters then exchange a few blows while circling the cage. Mann then catches Corey with a nice lead right, Corey quickly responds by catching Mann with a counter left hook. Corey then scores a takedown on Mann and he immediately gets the half guard, Corey then starts attacking Mann with some ground and pound. Mann then finds a way to get Corey into his full guard, Mann then rolls for the arm bar and Corey eventually escapes. Corey then resumes his ground and pound attack on Mann, Mann then scrambles and Corey winds up getting half guard on him. Mann then gets Corey back into the full guard after eating a few strikes as the round ends.
Round Three
The round begins with both fighters punching each other simultaneously, Corey then catches Mann with a multiple body shot combination. Corey then pops Mann with a counter right before scoring a takedown, Corey then gets the half guard on Mann while throwing strikes. Corey then starts attacking Mann with rights and a knee strike, Mann then gets Corey in the full guard after taking a few more strikes. Corey then just resumes attacking Mann with a lot of ground and pound, Corey then gets back control on Mann after a scramble. Mann then rolls for a leg lock and Corey quickly escapes, Corey winds up getting half guard on Corey while throwing a lot of strikes. Corey continues the ground and pound on Mann as the round ends.
Fight Result: Mike Corey def. Ronnie Mann by unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28, 29-28)
Post fight interview with Mike Corey, who says he feels awesome after the fight and he couldn’t believe Mann hit him the way he got him in the opening round.
Fight #6 - Bellator Featherweight Tournament Opening Round Fight
Jeremy Spoon (12-0-0) vs. Daniel Straus (17-4-0)

Round One
The round begins with Straus quickly attacking Spoon with leg kicks, Straus then goes for a standing arm triangle choke and Spoon escapes. Spoon then catches Straus with a counter right, Spoon then pops a charging Straus with a three punch combination. Straus recovers to nail Spoon with a counter left before scoring a takedown, Straus then transitions to half guard on Spoon. Straus then moves to head control on Spoon while attacking with knee strikes. The fighters battle back to their feet and Spoon accidentally nails Straus in the testicles, the fight eventually resumes with Spoon attacking Straus with leg kicks. Spoon then backs Straus up by hitting him with a side kick, Straus then clobbers Spoon with a jumping knee strike. Straus then wobbles Spoon by catching him with a leg kick, Straus then lands a left on Spoon as the round ends.
Round Two
The round begins with Spoon immediately nailing Straus with two rights, Spoon then powers Straus up against the cage wall. Straus then breaks free by nailing Spoon with a knee after a trip takedown, Straus then accidentally nails Spoon with a shot to the balls and the fight is halted. The fight resumes with Spoon nailing Straus with a right, both fighters then exchange a few leg kicks. Straus then catches Spoon with three lefts to the head, Spoon recovers to clinch with Straus while on the cage wall. Straus then catches Spoon with a few knee strikes while on the cage wall, Spoon then eats another leg kick before locking up with Straus. Spoon then scores a takedown on Straus and he stays down for only a few seconds, Spoon then drops for a guillotine and Straus easily escapes. Straus winds up on top of Spoon and he nails him with a few strikes as the round ends.
Round Three
The round begins with Straus quickly attacking Spoon with leg kicks, Spoon then blocks a few of Straus’s takedown attempts. Spoon then backs Straus up with a knee strike and several punches, Straus then nails Spoon with a left as he backed up. Straus then resumes his leg kick attack on Spoon, Straus then catches a spinning Spoon with an odd looking left. Straus then rocks Spoon with a multi-punch combination, Straus then starts attacking the body of Spoon with strikes. Spoon then avoids an uppercut to catch Straus with a right, Spoon then powers Straus up against the cage wall. Spoon then nails Straus with a two punch combination as they separated, the fighters then clinch on the cage wall as the round ends.
Fight Result: Daniel Straus def. Jeremy Spoon by unanimous decision (30-27, 29-28, 29-28)
Post fight interview with Daniel Straus, who says the pacing was key to the fight and he will fight whoever is next.
Fight #7 - Bellator Featherweight Title Fight
Joe Warren (7-2-0) (Champion) vs. Pat Curran (16-4-0)

Round One
The round begins with Warren scoring an immediate takedown on Curran, Curran finds a way to get back up with Warren holding onto him. Warren then starts attacking Curran with a few knee strikes, Curran then hits Warren with a knee strike of his own. Warren then scores a brief takedown on Curran before battling along the cage wall, Curran then catches Warren with a short left. Warren then gets standing back control on Curran, Warren then lands a knee strike before separating from Curran. Curran then drops Warren with a head kick, Curran then attacks Warren with a lot of strikes and other moves. Warren then tries to slow Curran down by going for takedowns, Curran then nails Warren with a knee strike to the face during a takedown attempt, Warren does score a takedown as the round ends.
Round Two
The round begins with Warren attempting a spinning back kick on Curran, Warren then scores a takedown on Curran and the fight goes standing quickly. Both fighters then catch each other with push kicks at the same time, Curran then starts landing the left on Warren. Warren then powers Curran up against the cage wall, both fighters then exchange knee strikes while on the cage wall. Warren then scores a takedown on Curran and he gets side control, Curran uses a scramble to get back up. Curran the catches Warren with a nice right hook, Warren then lands a few knee strikes to the body of Curran. Curran then backs Warren up with a kick as the round ends.
Round Three
The round begins with Warren nailing Curran with a two punch combination, Warren then fails at a few takedown attempts before landing aright. Curran then catches Warren with a huge knee strike, Curran then follows it up a plethora of strikes and he finally goes out cold as the referee jumps in.
Fight Result: Pat Curran def. Joe Warren by TKO via strikes (1:25, R3) to become the new Bellator Featherweight Champion
