An interesting featherweight battle has been added to UFC 146 as former WEC Featherweight Champion Mike Brown will meet Daniel Pineda. Brown could be fighting for his job in this fight, as he has only won one of four in his past UFC appearances. Pineda, on the other hand, has been undefeated thus far in his UFC run with victories over Mackens Semerzier and Pat Schilling. This fight will be part of either the FX portion or Facebook portion of the preliminary card, as the pay-per-view broadcast will be filled with heavyweight fights. UFC 146 takes place on May 26th at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada and it is headlined by a UFC Heavyweight Title Fight between champion Junior Dos Santos and challenger Alistair Overeem.
