Originally thought to be part of the UFC Ultimate Fighter Live Finale, the UFC Flyweight Title Tournament Semi-Final rematch between Ian McCall and Demetrious Johnson will happen at UFC On FX III. The first fight ended with a controversial majority draw, which would have allowed a fourth round sudden death, but Australian officials made errors with the judge’s scorecard that lead to the controversy. The same round format will occur for the rematch, with the winner expected to meet Joseph Benavidez in the tournament finals later this year. UFC On FX III takes place on June 8th with no location for the event announced yet and the preliminary card will air on Fuel TV.
