By David Tees on 3/27/2012 3:11 PM

The Nevada State Athletic Commission announced that former Strikeforce Light Heavyweight Champion “King” Mo Lawal has been suspended nine months following a positive drug test. King Mo will be suspended nine months from the January 7th fight date, which was a victory over Lorenz Larkin at Strikeforce: Rockhold vs. Jardine. That means that King Mo will be eligible for reinstatement on October 7th, no Strikeforce events have been announced for that timeframe as of this time.
