Longtime veteran fighter John Alessio will get one more opportunity in the UFC as he replaces the injured Matt Wiman against Mark Bocek at UFC 145. Alessio has lost all three of his previous UFC fights to Pat Miletech, Diego Sanchez and Thiago Silva, last fighting in the octagon in 2006. Bocek is coming off of a win over Nik Lentz at UFC 140, which was his first fight following the controversial fight with Charles Oliveira. UFC 145 takes place on April 21st at the Phillips Arena in Atlanta, Georgia and it is headlined by a UFC Light Heavyweight Title Fight between champion Jon Jones and Rashad Evans.
