Two time UFC fighter Jon Olav Einemo has announced his retirement, retiring with an overall MMA record of 6-3-0. Einemo has competed in PRIDE against Fabricio Werdum, but then took a very long break from action to deal with personal issues. Einemo competed in the UFC at UFC 131 and UFC On Fox II, losing to Dave Herman and Mike Russow respectively. Einemo was released from the UFC following the Russow loss, but he has now chosen to leave the sport entirely.
