Living on the Edge VII          Watertown, NY         April 13, 2012

Three Way Dance: 2CW Heavyweight Championship
Challenger, “Mr. Wrestling” Kevin Steen vs Challenger, “Slyck” Wagner Brown vs Champion, Jay Freddie

The 2CW championship will be defended in the first of two three way dances this weekend. Jay Freddie will have to defeat a total of four challengers if he is hoping to walk away from the weekend with the 2CW title. The first two of those challengers will be former 2CW heavyweight champion, Slyck Wagner Brown. SWB is the man Freddie defeated in Watertown last July to capture the championship, and most recently defeated SWB in January at our debut in Ithaca at Slammin’ 4 John. SWB promised the fans in Elmira that he was back to his former winning ways and would once again be the 2CW champion. If he does that, he would be the very first 3-time 2CW champion in the history of the company. Standing in his way, not only the champion, but the second challenger for the evening, Kevin Steen. Steen is looking to make 2012 a championship year, and he is focusing his attention towards Freddie and the 2CW title first.  Steen has seen competition in 2CW before, most recently against SWB in Syracuse. He was successful in that match, and is looking to take that momentum into Watertown and be victorious.

SPECIAL ATTRACTION
Sgt. Slaughter vs ???

Sgt. Slaughter makes his debut in 2CW, near Fort Drum, in Watertown NY. His debut has already caused much discussion through the social media world. He has some enemies who have promised to make their presence known in Watertown on this night. The leader of this faction, one Bin Hamin, even sent a few of his cronies to Binghamton and Auburn this past February to liter everyone’s vehicles that were enjoying Squared Circle Wrestling action inside the buildings. We know that he even took over www.2CW.com during our Elmira show in March. 2CW has had a few instances where this man, Bin Hamin, has taken over the facebook page, and he even went so far as to conduct an interview with the 2CW fan-cast, then hacked their accounts to post his propaganda. His messages all point to this weekend, to this date specifically, and this city. What will happen? Will Bin Hamin be the man who steps up to challenge the All-American hero, Sgt. Slaughter?

Special Attraction
Jay & Mark Briscoe vs. Colin & Jimmy Olsen

Dem Boys FINALLY makes their debut in Squared Circle Wrestling for Living on the Edge VII weekend!  The faithful have been asking and asking and asking for them to be brought in, and now your wishes are granted. So was The Olsen’s apparently. Colin and Jimmy jumped at the chance to challenge Dem Boys at the March 3 show in Elmira. The longest reigning 2CW tag team champions challenge the current Ring of Honor tag team champions in this showdown of talented tag teams. This is a non-title match, but is still very important in the overall scheme of things in professional wrestling. The Olsen’s are reuniting for this one match, just to prove they are the best in tag team wrestling. The Briscoe’s are tag team champions elsewhere; they can’t be seen losing to anyone, especially a team who haven’t teamed since losing the 2CW tag team titles in December.

6-man Tag Team Tables Match

Winner Declared When 1 Member of 1 team puts 1 member of other team through table.
First Class vs Degenerates of Society

Punisher VanSlyke & Kevin "The Man" Graham & Zaquary Springate III vs Sean Carr, Kage & I.B. Green

2CW tag team champions First Class (VanSlyke & Graham) and their leader ZS3 defeated DoS in Elmira last month. During the post-match confrontation, the challenge was laid down for a tag team table’s match in Watertown. First Class accepted, and here we have it. The first team to put ONE member of the other team through at table will be declared the winner. At last year’s Living on the Edge (from right here in Watertown) First Class defeated The Killer Steves and Loca Vida in a tables match. First Class has the confidence to get the job done, but will the degenerates be able to put First Class in their place and through a table?

No Holds Barred
Juggernaut” Jason Axe vs Isys Ephex

The battle of the Grand Prix champions did not have a resolution in Elmira. The controversial ending to the battle between Axe and Isys have made the Commissioner rule that their rematch in Watertown will be No Holds Barred. There WILL be a definite winner between the two. Many feel that Isys was robbed with a disqualification loss during that battle, because he did not introduce the foreign object into the match. Others would say (especially Jason Axe) that Isys was able to kick the trophy into Axe’s face, so he deserved the DQ. There will be no controversy here in Watertown; there will be a clear and decisive winner, with the No Holds Barred stipulation.  Another side note to this story could be that Isys could take out Jason before his title shot tomorrow night in Rome. If Axe gets hurt, he may have to forfeit his shot in the three way dance in Rome tomorrow night, while Isys goes into his number one contenders match also in Rome tomorrow night. This is very likely going to be a good indicator on who could be the next 2CW heavyweight champion will be.

Handicap Match
Matt Milan vs Pete D. Order & The Beast

The big man “Maverick” Matt Milan has come on the scene here in 2CW in a very short amount of time. His shocking debut in Auburn turned many heads in the 2CW locker room. Even more so when he challenged the former 2CW champion, Brodie Lee.  What shocked the people more was his victory over “Big Rig” in Elmira last month. Sure, he had help with the exposed turnbuckle, but the record books only show a “w” in the win/loss column.  After Matt’s pinfall over Brodie Lee, the “Maverick” challenged the 2CW champion for Living on the Edge. That challenge didn’t fall on deaf ears, as the office of Commissioner Harris announced that Matt Milan would indeed get a title opportunity in Rome tomorrow night. As a “warm up match” of sorts, 2CW has put Mr. Milan in a handicap match against the tag team of Pete D. Order and The Beast.  Will they be able to play spoiler and take out the rising rookie star? Or will we just see the beginnings of a dominant and possibly future 2CW heavyweight champion?

8:00 p.m. Match
Loca Vida vs "Muscle" Marcos

Loca Vida is very distraught over his tag team partner, Studly Steve, reuniting with his old tag team partner, Steve Kruz tomorrow night in Rome, NY. However, he seems to have found the silver lining in the dark cloud that hangs over the Luchador. That being a shot at becoming the number one contender for the 2CW title tomorrow night in Rome.  Loca will have to be ready for that shot, so he will test his ability and endurance against the “Muscle” of 2CW, Marcos.  Marcos will be looking to take down the high-flying Luchador and maybe earn himself a shot at the gold in 2CW.  That’s what every wrestler wants to eventually become here in Squared Circle Wrestling, and if taking out Loca Vida means impressing the Commissioner’s office, then so be it. Marcos will look to end Loca’s chances at becoming the number one contender, so he can enjoy that spot on top of the card.

Living on the Edge VII          Watertown, NY         April 13, 2012

Three Way Dance: 2CW Heavyweight Championship
Challenger, “Juggernaut” Jason Axe vs Challenger, “Maverick” Matt Milan vs Champion, Jay Freddie

Assuming that champion, Jay Freddie made it through last evening’s championship contest, he will once again defend the 2CW heavyweight championship in a three way dance against newcomer, Matt Milan and hated long-time rival Jason Axe. If last night wasn’t the toughest challenge to date, tonight will be. Jason Axe has Freddie’s number, and has defeated Freddie more times than any other 2CW competitor. Their feud is legendary around 2CW, and we will see another chapter develop here tonight in Rome. The added twist in their story is the addition to the rookie on a hot streak. He’s only competed in three matches here in 2CW, but they were extremely impressive, even challenging (and DEFEATING) Brodie Lee in Elmira last month. Matt Milan is a monster inside that ring, but will he be able to dominate two of the greatest wrestlers in 2CW, or will he just get lost in the shuffle in the hatred that is Freddie vs Jason?

Special Attraction: rematch
Zaquary Springate III vs “Hacksaw” Jim Duggan

In January at Slammin’ 4 John, these two met in the main event of that evening’s show. Now Hacksaw’s coming back, and ZS3 wants his revenge from the loss he suffered that night in Ithaca, NY.  First Class doesn’t take to kindly to any sort of set-backs, and that includes losing to a legend in the sport of wrestling.  However, Hacksaw might have more on his plate than just the challenge of the leader of First Class. Bin Hamin, who has been causing all kinds of havoc recently across our website and facebook account, has stated in videos he has posted that he will also make his way to Rome, NY to destroy the American Hero that is Jim Duggan.  One can only wonder what that will prove to be, as we may have already found out last night in Watertown. What will happen now that we are finally back in Rome?

2CW Tag Team Championship
Challengers, The Briscoe Brothers (Jay & Mark Briscoe) vs Champions, First Class (Punisher VanSlyke & Kevin Graham

One night after what promised to be a brutal 6-man tag team tables match involving First Class, and the night after the Briscoe Brothers finally debut for 2CW, we have this tag team title match. First Class will defend their tag team titles against Ring of Honor’s tag team champions, the Briscoes. #DemBoys will be looking to come in to Rome and walk away with the tag titles to add to their legacy as the greatest team in the modern era, as some would call them. First Class will have something to say about that, and getting a victory over the challengers will go a long way in proving to not only the fans of 2CW, but wrestling fans everywhere, that they are the future of professional wrestling. It could be the first step in cementing their legacy as the greatest tag team of the modern era.

Tag Team Tables Rematch
All Money is Legal (K-Murda & K-Pusha) vs The Killer Steves (Steve McKenzie & Steve Kruz)

When you ask a long-time fan of Squared Circle Wrestling about tables, they think of one thing, and that is tag team tables. The original match, from Living on the Edge II, saw a number of referee’s get put knocked out and even one put through a table.  However, at the end of the night, it was the Killer Steves who were defeated. Steve Kruz barely made it out of the arena in one piece, as it took nine attempts by AMIL to put him through the final table to earn the victory. “Our Tables Don’t Break” was no longer just for Spike Dudley anymore, and the legend was born. Tonight, we see another chapter to the legend take place, possibly for the very last time. What will happen? Who will win? Who will lose? Will anyone be able to walk away from the carnage? It’s TAG TEAM TABLES!

Quadruple Conflict: Number One Contenders Match
“Slyck” Wagner Brown vs Isys Ephex vs Cheech vs Loca Vida

This four-way match has a former 2CW heavyweight champion in SWB. It also has the 2010 Grand Prix Champion in Isys Ephex. Cheech is a former 2CW tag team champion, and Loca Vida is a long-time fan favorite who was very close in defeating Jay Freddie for the 2CW heavyweight title in March at Parole Violation. Tonight, they battle each other for the right to challenge whomever is the 2CW heavyweight champion in Utica next month (May 18, see the merchandise booth for ticket information). It’s an interesting collection of talent, and it should certainly prove to be an exciting contest. The winner of this match might just be who is the luckiest, not just the best. The championship talent in this match is off the charts, and the champion might just be looking at his greatest challenge with the winner of this contest. Now the question that will be answered tonight is who is the man that will challenge for the title?

Mixed Tag Team Match
Cherry Bomb & Pepper Parks vs “Muscle” Marcos & Nikki Jett

Cherry Bomb and Pepper Parks return to 2CW and team together for the first time against a debuting (in a wrestling capacity) Nikki Jett and tag team partner “Muscle” Marcos. Cherry Bomb had a great showing in her debut in February at Girls Great Prix. Her partner tonight is the returning Pepper Parks. He has made a couple of appearances in previous Watertown shows, but it has been a while since his last appearance.  Their opponents are the tag team of “Muscle” Marcos and Nikki Jett.  Nikki was to debut in her first match last month, but that didn’t happen. So, her first chance is tonight with her partner, the “Muscle of 2CW” Marcos. This match will be exciting to see how the two teams will work together and work towards victory.

7PM Match
Team CK (Sean Carr & Kage) vs Pete D. Order & “Superbad” Richard Venice

Team CK will be working through a rough night last night, as they competed in a six-man tag team tables match in Watertown. Weather or not they were victorious last night, a tables match is not a match anyone can recover from overnight. They will have a huge obstacle to overcome, especially with a new tag team in Pete D Order & Richard Venice. With CK’s attention fully on revenge in Watertown, will they be able to make it here to Rome and defeat this new threat to the tag team division?
