Knuckle Up
April 14, 2012
Balch Springs, TX @ Balch Springs Rec Center

MATCH 1: "The Chosen One" Barrett Brown def. Bolt Brady (8:13) after a top rope swanton
*After the match both men shook hands.

*"The Original Playa" Lance Romance and Mike Foxx came to the ring next and got the mic. Lance put over TX Stampede as the hottest ticket in town and talked about the importance of the two title matches tonight. Lance called Kahagas one of the toughest men around and said he'd win the NWA Junior Title while Foxx would win the GWT title. Foxx took the mic and called Tim Storm one of the best. Foxx said that while he was gone from Texas for three years, Storm became the man. Foxx declared that now he was back and tonight we'd find out if Storm was just holding Foxx's spot.

MATCH 2: "Addictive & Expensive" Byron Wilcott (w/ Jamison Holley) def. Bubba Dumplins (12:40) via boston crab submission after Bubba missed the top rope moonsault

MATCH 3: Danny Matthews def. the "Stretch & Submit Specialist" Brandon Collins (10:04) after a Shining Wizard.

*Intermission*

MATCH 4: (TITLE vs TITLE match for the NWA World Junior Championship and the NWA National Heavyweight Championship): "Modern Day Hero" Kevin Douglas vs "Tokyo Monster" Kahagas went to a double pin DRAW (15:19) . During the match, referee Donnie Mueller was knocked down leading to James Beard running in to continue the match. Kahagas ended up hitting a german suplex but both referees counted the fall. Donnie declared Kahagas the winner but James declared Douglas the winner which led to Kahagas being announced as the new NWA Junior Champion and Kevin being announced as the new NWA National Champion. Kevin Douglas took the mic and called Kahagas one of the best competitors he's faced. Kevin told Kahagas how much he respected him and then offered to relinquish the national title back to him in exchange for the NWA Junior title. Eventually, both men agreed and they exchanged their titles back. Kevin and Kahagas then raised each other's arm in the air before leaving.

MAIN EVENT (for the GWT Indy World Championship with Special Guest Referee: Action Jackson): Tim Storm def. "Main Event" Mike Foxx (w/ Lance Romance) (15:48) via DQ to RETAIN the championship, when Kahagas interfered and attacked Storm. Near the end of the match, Kahagas returned to ringside and blinded referee Action Jackson with powder leading to Action blindly hitting the Big Booya on Storm. Foxx made the cover and James Beard arrived to count it but Storm kicked out so Kahagas jumped in the ring and began attacking Storm. As the match was then over, Byron Wilcott, Jamison Holley, and Brandon Collins ran to the ring to join in. They were followed out by Danny Matthews, Kevin Douglas, Barrett Brown, and Bolt Brady. It turned into an all-out brawl around ringside. Eventually, everyone cleared out leaving Foxx and Storm as the last two still at ringside. They got back into the ring and got into a brawl with each other. The entire locker room emptied back out again to separate Foxx and Storm. Both men broke free to attack the other several times until they were held separate and Foxx was out of the ring. While ringside, Foxx stole Storm's title belt and left with it. Storm and Kevin Douglas remained in the ring as the show came to an end.

TX Stampede's next event is scheduled to take place on June 16th. More information can be found at TXstampedwrestling.com
