UFC officials have determined that former UFC Heavyweight Champion Frank Mir will be replacing Alistair Overeem against UFC Heavyweight Champion Junior Dos Santos at UFC 146. Overeem was pulled from the fight following a failed pre-fight drug test, he will be going through a hearing with the NSAC later this month. Mir was originally set to face former UFC Heavyweight Champion Cain Velasquez at UFC 146, no replacement for Mir has been named yet. UFC 146 takes place on May 26th at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada and the UFC Heavyweight Title Fight headlines.
