Now putting recent rumors to rest, UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Jon Jones will defend the gold against Dan Henderson this September at UFC 151. Jones is coming off of a successful title defense at UFC 145, where he defeated former training partner Rashad Evans. Henderson earned his title shot after defeating Mauricio Rua by decision at UFC 139, his first UFC fight since UFC 100. UFC 151 takes place on September 1st with the aforementioned title match in the headliner, no location or venue have been announced yet.
