Strikeforce Women’s Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey will make her first title defense against Sarah Kaufman this August. Rousey won the championship back at Strikeforce: Rousey vs. Tate, defeating Miesha Tate by submission. Kaufman earned a shot at the title at the same event, defeating Alexis Davis by decision on the preliminary card. This fight is expected to headline the August Strikeforce card, no location and/or venue have been announced yet.
