A middleweight battle between UFC veterans will headline Titan Fighting Championships 23 as Jorge Santiago faces Jay Silva. Santiago is currently undefeated in Titan competition, having defeated Leonardo Pecanha at Titan 21. Silva is coming off of the biggest victory of his career, defeating UFC Ultimate Fighter 3 Champion Kendall Grove at Superior Cage Combat IV. Titan Fighting Championships 23 takes place on June 15th at the Marshall Army Airfield in Fort Riley, Kansas with the aforementioned middleweight fight headlining.
