With Dominick Cruz out of action due to an ACL injury, Urijah Faber will now battle Renan Barao for the UFC Interim Bantamweight Title. Faber is currently a coach on the UFC Ultimate Fighter Live, which is currently in the semi-final round. Barao is currently undefeated in UFC competition, having defeated both Brad Pickett and Scott Jorgensen. UFC 148 takes place on July 7th at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada with Anderson Silva and Chael Sonnen headlining.
