An interesting welterweight battle has been added to UFC 149 as Claude Patrick has signed to face James Head. Patrick is coming off of the first loss of his UFC career, which was a decision loss to Brian Ebersole at UFC 140. Head is coming off of the first victory of his UFC career, which was a submission win over Papi Abedi at UFC On Fuel TV II. UFC 149 takes place on July 21st at the Scotiabank Saddledome in Calgary, Alberta, Canada with Jose Aldo and Erik Koch headlining.
