With Thiago Alves out of UFC 149 due to injury, Chris Clements has agreed to step in and fight Siyar Bahadurzada at the event. Clements is actually undefeated in UFC competition, having defeated Keith Wisniewski at UFC 145 by split decision. Clements has also fought other UFC veterans like Jonathan Goulet, Jesse Bongfeldt, Rich Clementi, John Alessio and Rory Markham. UFC 149 takes place on July 21st at the Scotiabank Saddledome in Calgary, Alberta, Canada with Jose Aldo and Erik Koch headlining.
