The One FC promotion announced today that is has come to terms with DREAM Lightweight Champion Shinya Aoki and DREAM Featherweight/Bantamweight champion Bibiano Fernandes. Aoki can easily be considered one of the best lightweight fighters to come out of Japan, but is coming off of a loss to Eddie Alvarez at Bellator 66. Fernandes last competed in the DREAM 2011 year end event and was once thought to have signed a deal with the UFC, but a last second snafu ended those negotiations.
