Former multi-time WWE Champion Dave Bautista, who performed as Batista in the WWE, will be making his professional MMA debut on October 6th. Bautista will be making his MMA debut against Rashid Evans at a Classic Entertainment & Sports MMA event. Evans will also be making his professional MMA debut in this fight, he only won one of three as an amateur. Bautista did train with Cesar Gracie for a period of time, but has since opened up his own gym in Florida.
