Originally scheduled for UFC 152, the highly anticipated welterweight contest between BJ Penn and Rory MacDonald will take place at UFC On Fox V. Penn is coming off of a self-imposed retirement, which came after a loss to Nick Diaz via decision at UFC 137. MacDonald has won three of four in UFC competition, most notably defeating Nate Diaz back at UFC 129. UFC On Fox V takes place on December 8th with both a location and headlining fight to be announced in the near future.
