A UFC Lightweight Title Fight as UFC Lightweight Champion Ben Henderson will be defending against Nate Diaz. Henderson last defended to gold at UFC 150, defeating Frankie Edgar by split decision in their second title fight. Diaz earned himself a title shot against the UFC Lightweight Champion when he defeated Donald Cerrone at UFC 141. UFC On Fox V will take place on December 8th with no location announced and with the aforementioned fighters headlining.
