Following his two straight controversial losses to UFC Lightweight Champion Ben Henderson, former UFC Lightweight Champion Frankie Edgar is heading to the featherweight division. There is no word yet on when Edgar will be making his promotional debut, but it is expected to happen before the end of this year. During his reign as UFC Lightweight Champion, Edgar successfully defended to gold against both BJ Penn and Gray Maynard.
