Burrell will be looking to rebound from his first Strikeforce loss, which came to Chris Spang at Strikeforce: Barnett vs. Cormier. Villefort is currently winless in Strikeforce competition, having suffered a defeat to Quinn Mulhern at Strikeforce: Barnett vs. Cormier. Strikeforce: Melendez vs. Healy takes place on September 29th at the Power Balance Pavilion in Sacramento, California with Gilbert Melendez and Pat Healy headlining.
